01What counts as a caller seat?

A seat is a person who makes or takes calls in Swha33. Managers, admins and report viewers who do not call are free.

02How are calling minutes billed?

Minutes are billed at our carrier cost per minute, with no markup. You can set a monthly cap so spend never surprises you.

03What happens when the trial ends?

You choose a plan and continue with all your leads, notes and recordings in place. If you do not choose a plan, the account is paused and your data is kept for 30 days.

04Can we mix plans across teams?

An account runs on one plan. Exchange supports multiple teams with separate settings, reports and billing codes.

05Do you offer discounts for non-profits or education?

Yes. Registered non-profits and schools calling for admissions can ask us about a reduced rate.
